  • IB and AP exam preparation
  • support and direct instruction in writing the college essay/personal statement
  • small groupings of like-aged students learning together in-person or online
  • supplemental curriculum to enhance the classroom experience provided by their schools.
  • Managing teacher expectations, breaking down assignments into manageable parts.
  • Putting the students in the driver seat of their own education with self-advocacy skills, online communications, project management skills.
    • Expectations: what are teachers looking for with this assignment?  How will I know if I'm successful?
    • Project management:  building a toolbox of time management skills and the relationship between process and product
    • Communication: learn to effectively communicate with teachers and self-advocate; navigate the online delivery and communication systems of the school
